My career began where the real work happens: on the plant floor. As a Process Engineer in a NOC Petroleum Refinery. I worked through the realities of production operations & maintenance, process engineering, and technical services in a high-demand environment.
Those early years grounded me in how plants actually run. I also learned early on that true efficiency isn't just about output; it's about how systems work together. That perspective drove my transition from traditional operations into the frontier of digital manufacturing, smart factory transformation, and strategic advisory — focusing on connecting shopfloor execution with business outcomes.
